Voting is very complicated

The last two weeks had been the decision time to vote. Sounded very simple and thought it should be simple as well. My previous stint had been a similar dilemma at the voting booth and I thought this time I have to do my homework before and look into all issues and candidates on the ballot.

Boy, I was totally wrong. For two days I tried to read here and there and close to 80% of the things that were on the ballot were not something I am either qualified or understood enough to make an informed decision. Here are my gripes and maybe there is an easy way for citizens to do this.
